Default The Jeffersons Vs Three's Company Who would win

Let Pretend That Before The 1980-1981 Season ABC Decided To Put
Three's Company Up against The Jeffersons Who Would Win?
I am Asking Because During The 81-82 Season The Jeffersons and Three's Company Were Close In The Ratings
1981-1982
#3 The Jeffersons 19,071,000
#4 Three's Company 18,989,500

well, I do think both would've held their own since there are a lot of fans of one show but not the other.

I was a fan of both shows. They both saw ratings because of the strong lineup they were apart of...TC was ABC's Tuesday and the Jefferson's was CBS's Sunday. When the Jeffersons were on their own it's ratings suffered so it would depend on what other lineup ABC put against CBS on Sunday night. If it was just TC alone I think the Jeffersons probably would have won.

I'm just suprised someone would compare these two shows and are completely different situations-lol

Three's Company vs the Jeffersons???

What about Jeffersons vs Bob Newhart?

OR

Three's Company vs Laverne & Shirley

Three's Company and The Jeffersons have nothing in common

If I had to choose I would watch Three's Company. It really depends on what season their on. If it was the later seasons of The Jeffersons I would probably watch Three's Company because when George was really nice it was kinda boring to me.

was E/R (the one season comedy) a spin-off of the Jeffersons? George Jefferson was in the first episode

Really? I never saw George as "really nice." He was still the same in the later years.
