You know, I always found it weird that they brought the Dad back (for a guest appearence) but never Mabel King. Though, and this is just a guess, it was probably easier to do a guest turn with the Dad as opposed to "Mama" as I can't envision the audience being exposed to her and not wanting to see her more.
