VCI DVDs question for others who bought the sets

I had noticed after watching both sets, that there is a brief
freeze-up/pause in the DVD(s) in episode, Neighbors, as Joanie is
about to approach the woman whose dogs are barking all hours, & in
Bev's Boyfriend, as Joanie opens the door to Bev's date, Tom. I tried
one of the DVDs on my other player, & the glitch is the same, so I'm
wondering if I by some amazing coincidence happened across two sets
with a minor defect on each, or if this is some technical error
contained on all of the copies/sets (from VCI). I know there isn't
much activity here at times, but hopefully someone here has the sets &
could tell me if this is something they've noticed as well.
