Default Aliens in America Pilot Thoughts?

I watched this and I thought it was pretty funny. I think the fact that it airs after Everybody Hates Chris, one of the CW's best shows, gives it hope. I doubt this will be a breakout hit, but it could do decently on the CW. I actually enjoyed this more than I did the season premiere of Chris.

I thought it was pretty good too. It was funny when he noticed the sister for the first time.

I liked the pilot episode. Bright, upbeat and funny.

Scott Patterson is great as the Dad. Nice to see him back on screen after all his years on Gilmore Girls.

I' ll be watching it this season.

I just watched the pilot tonight and it is my favorite new show so far.
Very entertaining but at one point I just thought to myself "what!, this isn't the wonder years" lol

I'm really looking forward to the new episode on Monday. I can watch since Big Bang Theory is now at 9:30.

Thumbs up

I really wasn't expecting much from this show, but I liked it a lot. It has a lot of potential. It's smart and funny...quirky, but with heart, too. The mom was hilarious...the actress killed it. Justin is a good character too. I felt bad for him, and then happy when he finally seemed get in a good mood. And I couldn't believe the mom told him "grammy" died. It was funny when he was crying in the car....I liked Raja too. I couldn't stop laughing when they were praying in the bedroom. I think this show has a lot of potential. The writing is pretty good too.

I'm going to watch episode 2 tonight!

Actually I'm not sure if they will be airing this episode or not. They just started showing repeats on Sundays to replace one the shows they cancelled, so they might be showing the episodes in order and have to catch up. Anyway it should be repeated on Sunday either this Sunday or in a week or two.

Yeah, I think the sunday airings are 2 episodes behind the new one's.

Annball, if your interested, The CW has the episodes on their website.
