It was about a couple, who were movie stars. They had a son and a daughter, and his daughter from a previous relationship also moved in. There was also the children's uncle, who bragged about having gone to Julliard (obviously an actor's school), but still couldn't be as famous as his brother. But the funniest part of it all was, that the uncle hanged out with three other guys, who were brothers of big movie stars: Sylvester Stallone's brother, John Travolta's brother and Patrick Swayze's brother. They were collectively called "the brothers".

The name of the sitcom was Movie Stars. It starred Harry Hamlin and Jennifer Grant and aired from July 1999 until June 2000 on The WB.
