Best Man Member Forum Regular Join Date: Dec 15, 2006 Location: El Paso, Texas Posts: 594	Referring to Mayberry RFD in one DDS ep? In one ep Doris is trying to feed a squirrel in a park named Goober. Her show was on CBS as was Mayberry RFD (a spinoff of Andy Griffith) at the same time. Was this Goober reference in relation to the character on MRFD? It was stated that Bob Denver was on Andy Griffith Show playing Charlene's husband rather than Hoke Howell (hey Howell) due to Gilligan's Island being a CBS show as was TAGS.
