Actually no, it's a girl who looks just like Nikki on the covers of The Insider's Guide To Portugal. Check the book out in ythe travel section of bookstores.

The reason the Portugese girl on the book cover looks like Nikki Cox is that 10,000 years ago many of the English's ancestors came from Spain and Portugal and Nikki Cox is English in background.
