Default Episode question

There is one episode of this series where they are choosing horses and preparing to ride off. Agarn selects a palomino, and when asked why he wants the palomino, he answers "Because any palomino is a pal-o-mine-o." Does anyone know which episode this scene is from?

Default I believe that's from the episode....

..."A Horse Of Another Color" [January 26, 1967], 'Lee'.....and that hasn't been released on DVD yet!

Thanks, TV Knowledge Fan. I was pretty sure it was from a second season episode. I just ordered F Troop season one, looking forward to see this great show again. Hopefully season two will not be far behind.

I watched "A Horse Of Another Color" on the DVD, and Agarn's line "Any Palomino is a pal-o-mine-o" is not in the episode. So I guess I'll have to watch all the episodes and find out which one contains that line.

New information: According to the F Troop page on TV.com, that line of Agarn's is seen in the episode "Did Your Father Come From Ireland?" I'll have to check that episode out.

That's correct. It's in the very first scene of the episode, too. I was watching the DVDs of "F Troop" and as soon as I heard that line, I came to this thread. However, you beat me to it.

Yep, I watched the episode yesterday. Funny line there by Agarn.

I think the best way to describe F Troop is that it's a happy show. There aren't many shows that are so upbeat like F Troop is. It's sort of a Civil War version of Sgt. Bilko. F Troop could have been a great show if it would have had better writing. As it is, you can't help but have a smile on your face when watching it because all the actors play funny characters and seem to be having a great time. The problem is, the episodes don't make a lot of sense and it's difficult to figure out what's going on.
