You didn't miss much. This was a TV Turkey if there ever was one. Upon reflection, it may not have been an entirely bad idea, following the MASH folks decompressing from the war. BTW, I remember something about Klinger complaining about the racism that he and his new wife were experiencing, so they did use that angle. Yes, I watched this fiasco when it was on. MASH always had its preachiness, but it seemed like AfterMASH got bogged down in Message of the Week syndrome. Don't tell me it went on for two seasons?
