I am a really big fan of Designing Women and I am really curious to see the 1995 spin-off, Women of the House. I really enjoyed Delta Burke on Designing Women. Email me at vze2msbv@verizon.net.

...that CBS refused to show, always seemed to turn up on Lifetime in a two hour block that was seen occasionally throughout the late '90s. There were only 13 episodes of "WOMEN OF THE HOUSE", and Sony/Columbia still has them in their vault.
Personally, I believe that if Linda Bloodworth-Thomason had concentrated more on the comedy aspects of each episode, instead of trying to turn the series into a political "soapbox", it would have lasted a bit longer. This is why CBS dumped the series; they did not want a "political" comedy, even though this was supposed to be about a Washington representative!!!
