That is correct. After Sept 13 it is gone from WGN AND locals. Lifetime picks it up something this fall.

No it doesn't. Lifetime has the exclusive rights, no set date for it yet to premiere, it was suppose to come this fall, maybe it's being pushed back to early 2003 now.
