Anna Nicole Smith's mother wants Daniel's body moved to Texas now. If Anna could see this she'd be sick. They did not get along, just look at the interviews of Anna Nicole Smith after Daniel died. She was mad because her mother went to go visit his grave. If that got her upset, I can't imagine what would happen if she knew her mother was trying move her son's body. That is NOT what Anna would have wanted!

I so agree. This whole circus is more of Anna without Anna even here.

Stern's testimony was worth listening to.

I saw a lot of pain in both Larry and Howard's eyes today. Is it just possible that there are no bad guys in this story, that's it's a tragedy all around for everyone? I think of Anna and Danielle, and that poor little baby who will never know her own mother and brother. There's no love like a mother's love. I still can't believe this has happened. It's sad beyond words. Chokes me up.

I know what you mean Janice. I mean, they both obviously loved Anna in their own ways and if she found something in both of them, than that says volumes.

I liked how the judge said words to the effect can't all the parties just unite in this matter, work together, for the sake of the baby.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Blubbering as he announced his decision, a judge said Thursday that the guardian of Anna Nicole Smith's baby daughter can decide where the model should be buried.

Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin steered a surprise middle course in the dispute. Smith's estranged mother wanted her buried in her native Texas, while Smith's boyfriend wanted her laid to rest in the Bahamas.

The judge compromised and gave custody to attorney Richard Milstein, the guardian for Smith's 5-month-old daughter, Dannielynn.

It wasn't immediately clear what Milstein would do.

The judge choked up frequently and wept as he explained his decision. "I want her to be buried with her son in the Bahamas. I want them to be together."

Thank god! I'm so glad she will be able to lay next to her son for all eternity. That's what she wanted! I'm so glad the judge made the right decision.

I wish her mother would let it go and not filed an appeal regarding this. That poor girl is rotting above ground, she deserves to be buried with dignity. Her mother needs to pick her battles carefully and worry more abt her grandchild than where Anna is buried. Anna is gone, she can't help her now. Anna's mother needs to focus on her grandchild...she is again doing the very thing that Anna complained and cried abt. Let Anna be and try and be a grandmother to a child and be careful this time around.
