Please post about when you think The Division jumped the shark (went downhill) and why you think it jumped the shark.

I think it's obvious to just about everyone when/why it all happened.....beginning of fourth season.....for more than obvious reasons.

I agree beginning of the fourth season. Anytime a show tries to make a character dissapear it takes a big risk at jumping the shark, and The Division in my opinion did.

I agree, I think the show jumped when they killed off C.D. That was a wrong move, which probably cost us a few more good seasons. I'd also like to point out that Jinny getting pregnant and marrying Hank...come on!! That made alot of people lose interesting because let's face it, who wants to see a happily married couple? lol That really dead-ended the show hence why it's not on the air.
IMO i liked Jinny on some sort of drug or influence of liquor. hahaha |

Well the Jinny pregnancy thing they didn't have much choice. I doubt Jinny would have become pregnant if not for Nancy's real life pregnancy. Yes, they tried to hide it for quite awhile but at a certain point it was impossible to hide.
Also CD wasn't killed off. Her character didn't die despite the fact of the way they left the 3rd season cliffhanger. But I actually like that Jinny gets her life back together (at least temporarily) in the 4th season. I don't care about the marriage part, but you can only watch somebody go down that path of destructon for so long, and the third season was a really really dark one for Jinny. |

good point. I just thought that Nancy's acting during and after the intervention and through her addiction to Oxycontin was powerful stuff.
