Stephen Sondheim, the famous guru of theater musicals wrote several episodes of Topper when he was around 23 or 24.

....Sondheim co-wrote several scripts with head writer George Oppenheimer during the first season, after which he returned to New York to concentrate on his theater work. He doesn't like to discuss that 1953-'54 period these days.....and who could blame him?
