USA Network will bring HEARTS AFIRE back in July 2002 on Sundays at 6:30AM. Their contract is through 12/31/03.

this sounds like the beginning of a decent morning comedy lineup again...maybe? They never start shows that early. it sounds like a TBS move to me.

USA needs to re-evaluate their lineup though. Most of the shows on there are horrible.

Guess I spoke too soon. I just noticed you had down Sundays! Interesting that they wouldn't show it M-F.

USA Network kept their word. Sundays at 6:30am starting July 7th. Carol Burnett will also air right before HA, at 6am.

Well, I think USA made a mistake getting rid of USAM, but at least they're making an effort. They used to air a few of the shows (Fired Up, Jesse, etc) in 4:30am, or 6 and 6:30am timeslots. I for one am glad Hearts Afire and Carol Burnett are coming back. Even TBS airs a few classic shows, even at those awful early morning timeslots (Good Times, Amen & Bosom Buddies, I don't know if Gilligan's Island is on there or not)

You're not the only one! But you're right -- they're making an effort. But I still miss watching all of the sitcoms in the morning...
