Default Who Is It, What Is It?

There was an early 90s sitcom that I have been trying to track down. I believe it got cancelled during it's only season or may have been a summer replacement. Didn't find it listed in the other forums.
Setting: Yuppie Suburbia (Makes me think of Marin County)
Main Characters:
Family #1: White couple, Doctor Wife, House Husband, couple of small children.
Family #2: Black couple, can't remember children one or both are lawyers, real estate, or something else you don't want your children to be.
Family #3: White couple (can't remember much about them.)
House Husband is the central character- does stupid things kind of like Lucy, Dr. Wife frequently exasperated with him.
All three men may have been college buddies but not sure.

In one episode House Husband is due to get vasectomy. Night before he has nightmare incorporating Dr. Seuss theme about the upcoming procedure.

In another episode Dr. Wife and House Husband go to Def Leopard concert. While sitting on his shoulders and lost to the moment she takes off her shirt and flashes the crowd, which includes local news cameras.

Male of Family #2 bought advertising on park benches and then got upset when people sat on the benches and covered him up.

Not House Rules.

This was set in a very Yuppie neighborhood with big, expensive homes (for that era). Ever see the opening credits for American Beauty? Neighborhood that looked like that.

House Husband would get into situations that he'd try to fix before his Doctor Wife found out. They were very much in love, but she would get irked when he did dumb stuff. Sometimes "movie characters" would give him advice. I know this sounds like another sitcom that was out there but it isn't THAT sitcom.

Married People, with Jay Thomas and Bess Armstrong - Elizabeth was a lawyer while Russell was a free-lance writer and househusband ???

Characters were all 30-somethings (except for the small children, of course).

It wasn't 90s, it came out in 2002!
I cross referenced "vasectomy" on imdb and found it: Hidden Hills.
Now I can sleep...
