i was listening to the small fry routine Freddie did with Bob hope, has anyone heard the routine b4....i mean with other performers?
Did Bob hope write that routine, i am curious to know if the routine was changed at all by Freddie and Bob????

Yes, it was a Bing Crosby song originally. His version is even funnier to me, but yes, they did change it up a bit too. They had to but it was still a cute lil routine and so funny that Freddie plays Bob Hope's father.

You can download Bing's verision on itunes. For $.99 you can hear the complete version. Bing's may have been funnier, but Freddie's version was prettier...wink wink!!!

BTW the song that Bing did was used in a cartoon back in the day too..... I am not 100% sure but I think it might have been a Max Fleisher cartoon. My hubby used to have it on VHS somewhere when he was into taping those old cartoons.....
