Does anyone know if there are plans to release MAVERICK (the James Garner /Jack Kelly series) on DVD by sets?? WARNER BROS. continues to release the same four flippin episodes in various formats for the last three years, yet issue other WB westerns by season (RAWHIDE).

I'm just guessing on this, but I think the Maverick set didn't sell as well. Because we have already seen F Troop and Cheyenne in season sets and they were released as television favorites the same day as Maverick.

Maverick DIDN'T sell well b/c A. it WAS the same freaking episodes, and B. because TRUE fans wait for the full set of something. Too bad companies still do not get this. It's like when Star Trek (the original) was cancelled then the following year they realized while the ratings weren't the greatest, the viewers tended to be wealthier (having more disposable income). When will fat-cats ever see the bigger picture when it comes to television?
