can someone please tell if The Tony Randell Show was befor or after The Odd Couple

It came on a year after The Odd Couple left the air. It ran from 1976-1978.

...one season on ABC (1976-'77) and the next on CBS (1977-'78). 20th Century-Fox TV owns the rights to it now, having acquired the MTM-TV library years ago.

Yep. I remember the opening credits and it was similar to other MTM shows of that time.
