Default Rewatched Seasons 1 & 2

Over the course of the past few weeks I rewatched the first two seasons of American Dreams, aside from one episode that I forgot to tape (and sadly have never seen). I was unable to tape Season Three (aside from the commercial-free episode, which I also watched) but just the first two seasons was amazing.

Oddly enough, I started by watching an episode from Season Two, and then jumped to the fifth episode of Season One. I never intended to watch the whole series, I just wanted to pick and chose a few episodes. But once I got started, I found myself unable to stop. I watched all the way through to the end of Season Two and then went back to rewatch the first four episodes of Season One.

I really have nothing important to say relating to my marathon, I just wanted to share with you all. I really wish the entire series was on DVD, although I have yet to buy Season One. I really want to see that episode I missed and be able to rewatch the last season.

One final thought, it was odd to rewatch the pilot and see that other acting playing Henry. I noticed it when the series premiered, but seeing it again was ... odd.

OMG! I started watching my season one DVD that I got from santa, with my cousin last night.....We watched the first 4. We're gonna watch 4 every tuesday night beginning next week... She never seen it before, and absolutley loves it. I was a fool, not to record them when they were on (especially my favorite, season three)........Are you making copies and like selling them??? (LOL)

That's good that you enjoyed watching the show all over again. I've had the season 1 dvd since it was released but haven't gone back to rewatch it. I'm unsure if I even have any season 2 episodes at all, but I managed to record a majority of season 3 episodes, so I'm glad I've got those in case it never makes it to dvd officially.

Post ME TOO!

I did the same exact thing, only with Season 1-DVD and the last few episodes of season three(the only AD episodes that I have taped). I got obsessive and couldn't stop and started to miss the show soooo much more. I cried when I watched the last episode. I can't listen to Homeward Bound anymore and I got the best of Simon and Garfunkel for Christmas so it sucks. AD really got me to like them. Darn Meg....

P.S. I didn't even remember that there was a different actor playing Henry until I watched the pilot again. It was soooo weird!

Do any of you have the seasons 2/3 episodes you taped on your computer? I, most unfortunately, don't have them taped, and I need to show material pertaining to the anti-war movement for a seminar that I'm doing. If any of you happen to, would you be able to email it to me?
