Default How many episodes were there?

And what were the years it was made?

I remember watching the show when I was a kid and haven't seen it in probably 30 years. It was only on for a year or so and I didn't watch it nearly enough.

There were 173 total episodes produced between January 2, 1955 (that's right, this year marks the series' 50th anniversary) and Sept. 1959.

I last saw it aired on Nostalgia channel as "Hey Bob" around 1995 but it was really butchered, I noticed a good 2 1/2 minutes cut from each episode.

Fortunately my local Channel 39 ran it continously from about 1985 to 1989 (they were affiliated with CBN, which would become the Family Channel) and ran it uncut (I think) in the middle of the night in 4 hour blocks for awhile with BACHELOR FATHER. I believe these episodes were uncut because most timed out to 26:30, which would be about right.

Default Yeah, that's right--

the Nostalgia Network often retitled their public domain episodes of certain TV series to establish their OWN copyright on it...i.e., "THE BOB CUMMINGS SHOW"/"LOVE THAT BOB" became "HEY BOB"....."DATE WITH THE ANGELS"
was shown as "AFTER THE HONEYMOON"....and "MEET CORLISS ARCHER"...my gosh, I forgot how they retitled THAT one!
