Question About "Artist" Episode?
Guys,
I recently watched the Artist episode on DVD. (The one where Thorpe's artisitc ability is discovered and encouraged by a strict art teacher who clashes with Reeves over Thorpe's and his Dad's insistence on someday becoming a pro ball player.) It's another great one! My question is, what is the basketball game going on at the very begining of this episode? It's definitely not at Carver, and I don't see any visiting Carver players playing ball in the quick but brief action shots. Whatever school they are at, it's sort of cheesy. Look closely and you will see that a BLACKBOARD is being used to keep score of the game! (Instead of a traditional electronic scoreboard!) Anyone have any details about this opening game scene? I've watched it twice and can't figure it out. Jack |
