Grandpa Munster from the 60's show The Munsters had passed on. I've been watching the Munsters ever since it first came on tv. Back when It came on tv in the 60's I had a picture book of them. It's sad that Al Lewis has passed. I met him in a restaurant many moons ago. He was with a very nice looking lady (his date) and I approached him. Of course I was scared but he smiled at me so I was able to come nearer to him. I gushed on how much I enjoyed him on TV playing Grandpa Munster and he gave me his autograph and we took a picture together. He was so sweet. RIP Al (Grandpa) Lewis.
I will never forget your kindness.
