Default Kevin Conroy as Batman, His Complete Guide

I'm trying to put together all of Kevin Conroy's Batman shows and movies. Please correct me, when needed.

Batman: The Animated Series (Season 1: 1992-1993)
This is the debut for Kevin Conroy as Batman. Most of this season finds Batman as a solo crime fighter. However, Robin is in his share of episodes. This season is 60 episodes long, since the show aired weekdays.

Batman: Mask of the Phantasm (1993)
The first, and only, theatrical film version of Batman: The Animated Series. I own it, but haven't watched it, so I can't comment on it.

Batman: The Animated Series (Season 2: 1993-1994)

The Adventures of Batman & Robin (Season 3: 1994-1995)
The show changed names, but is still the same show. It's just that Robin has gone from recurring to regular.

The Adventures of Batman & Robin (Season 4: 1995)
The final season of the original Batman cartoon. However, this isn't the end for Kevin Conroy and his Batman.

Batman & Mr. Freeze: Subzero (1998)
Since the original Robin is in this movie, I've placed it before the "Gotham Knights." However, according to imdb, it was done in 1998.

The New Batman Adventures (Season 1: 1997-1998)
Two years after ending the FOX animated series, the WB brings Kevin Conroy's Batman back to TV. Batman has a new Robin (Tim Drake), Batgirl, and Dick Grayson is now the Nightwing. The show also goes by the title "Gotham Knights."

The Batman/Superman Movie (1998)
Batman leaves Gotham for a while to join Superman and battle Lex Luthor and The Joker.
The New Batman Adventures (Season 2: 1998-1999)
The final season of the second animated series.

Batman Beyond (Season 1: 1999)
Years in the future, Bruce Wayne is an old man, training a teenager how to be Batman. I've never seen this before, but plan to buy the season sets.

Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker (2000)
Another made for video release.

Batman Beyond (Season 2: 2000)

Batman Beyond (Season 3: 2001)

Justice League (Season 1: 2001-2002)

Justice League (Season 2: 2002-2003)

Batman: The Mystery of the Batwoman (2003)

I've watched a few episodes of the new "The Batman" series, but it's not the same without Kevin Conroy providing the voice.

I don't recall the 1997-1998 version being known as Batman: Gotham Knights. It was known as The New Batman Adventures. The reason for this is that it was revamped for the final season: Batman's costume no longer had a yellow oval surrounding the Bat, Dick Grayson was now Nightwing and there was a new Robin, Tim Drake. Also, the Joker underwent a bogus redesign that even the show's producers would later renounce.

There was also an emphasis on team stories. Batman was usually teamed with either Robin, Nightwing or Batgirl. I kind of missed the solo Batman from Batman: The Animated Series, but it was still a pretty good show.

Yeah I guess it goes by both titles. The DVD plays the original "The Animated Series" opening credits OR The Superman/Batman Adventures theme. But I've always been told it was called "Gotham Knights". I enjoy the show, although I don't like any of the villain makeovers.

The original animated series, I never missed an episode when they were new. I had posted earlier that I liked "The Batman" slightly better than "The Animated Series". I've since had a change of heart.

The Batman is okay. I've watched it a couple of times and was never compelled to continue watching.

Batman: The Animated Series is the definitive Batman cartoon. Period.

Even the last season episodes, which weren't as good because of the fact that Batman was always teamed up with someone. Still, it was cool to see Nightwing and the worst Batman:TAS episode is better than the best episode of The Batman.

Plus, you could tell that Bruce Timm really cares about Batman. He even said that it was a dream of his to work on "The Animated Series." His passion for Batman really shows.

Now is the Justice League Batman the same character or just the same voice playing Batman in, like another universe?

It's the same voice, same character and probably the same universe, since Superman and Batman crossed over in previous episodes of Batman: TAS.

I've been watching "Batman: The Animated Series" in blocks lately. I just wanted to agree with you that this series is the definitive Batman. Right now, I'm still in the early, pre-Robin episodes (I watch them in broadcast order, with a few exceptions. Robin's debut is #19. "Fear of Vitory"). I'm getting ready to start the first Clock King episode.

I still plan on getting the first season of "The Batman." However, if I was to admit that at the imdb boards, I'd be verbally killed! Over there you are either a fan of "Batman: The Animated Series" OR "The Batman" and not both.
