I've just gotten into this show through DVD and it's great. I noticed there's not much talk about it here. So I started a thread. Let's talk about the show here.
This is the only western series that I really love. I like Bonanza and Gunsmoke, but they're nothing compared to Have Gun - Will travel. It can be so intense sometimes. |

I am a big fan of Gunsmoke and Maverick and other westerns. Have Gun is one of the few westerns I have never seen. It aired on Hallmark a few years ago but I do not have the channel. If I see the DVD's at a good price I might have to check it out. I was reading about it and it sounds like it is what a Western should be.

I'm not a big fan of westerns. My dad owns the HGWT DVDs and I watched them. Now I'm hooked. I like how Paladin is always traveling. So it's not like Dodge City, where all the bad stuff happens there. Paladin gets hired for certain jobs, which takes him all over. I'd kind of like Paladin to have a sidekick. He seems kind of lonely.
