so, who does everyone think will win? Who do you hope will win? And what do you think of this edition? Is it a "snoozefest" as some other people have called it?

I'm barely watching(mainly highlights), but as long as the Weavers don't win. I'll just be glad when this sorry excuse for a season is over.

I'm glad the arguing sisters are gone.
I don't want the Weavers to win. I'm rooting for the Linz family. |

I'm rooting for either the Bransons or the Linz. Even though the Desperate Housewives were annoying, I still wanted them to beat out the holier-than-thou Whiners... I mean the Weavers. I'll admit that this season has lacked the intensity and excitement of past seasons, mainly because they've spent a majority of the time in the US. I'm hoping next season gets back into the swing of things...

I also hope that the Bransons win. I was rooting for the Weavers, but they've gotten too annoying.

Needless to say, I'm ecstatic at the results of last night's Amazing Race finale! The Linz family, who I have been rooting for from the very first episode, crossed the finish line first!! It was tense for a bit there, especially when the Wicked Weavers were in first place during most of the first part of the episode, but the Linz and Bransens passed them up by securing the early flight timeslots to Toronto and by spying the AR flag from the CBN Tower! I was biting my nails furiously as the teams raced to the white water boat ride and then as the Linz and Bransen family began to put together the gigantic, intricate puzzle of North America (which was fitting, as this race didn't leave the continent!). The difference was measured in seconds, but the energetic Linz family made it to the mat first!!! I was so thrilled, I jumped up and shouted as they greeted Phil at the winner's circle! They were so incredible during the entire race, and had so much fun and were so light-hearted, even though they were tormented by the disdainful Weavers. Megan burst into tears, as her brothers were so incredibly proud of their sister for keeping up with the boys! The Bransen's were equally moved by their incredible, unforgettable experience, an experience that will undoubtedly change their lives forever. They were very gracious in losing to the Linz family, whom they respected and admired. The Weaver's crossed the finish line in third place, and as they spoke about their experience, for the first time, they spoke without being pious and condescending, obviously humbled that they were beaten out by two teams with a more gracious and generous attitude. So, after having thought that this edition of my favorite show had not lived up to previous seasons, I'll be darned if I wasn't just as excited watching the teams race toward the finish line!!! Go, Linz family!!!
