When Jack went home and told Janet what Terri had done she was shocked. She couldn't believe that her friend was doing this. The worst part was that Janet had no idea how to help her friend. She cried for Larry, for Terri and for their baby! She wanted to talk to Terri, but she didn't know where she was staying.

The months passed quickly. Terri had flown to California to stay. She ws staying with her sister. She cried nearly every day. Her sister thought that she should call Larry and talk to him. She refused. She hated the way she was acting. She still loved Larry, but he deserved better. She hadn't liked the way she was feeling. The day she went into labor she was scared to death. Sam drove her to the hospital. She was in the middle of labor when Larry showed up. He looked terrible. He hadn't slept much since Terri left. When Sam called he flew out of the house and rushed to be by her side. Same smiled and left them together. Terri didn't want to look him in the eyes. She was ashamed of herself. She didn't want to see the hatred that she was sure was there. So she simply stared straight ahead. She had another contraction. Suddenly her world went black....

Larry was pacing in the waiting room. Finally after what seemed like days the doctor came out to talk to him. He said simply "You have a son. He is 7 pounds 4 ounces. He has a head full of hair. Your wife however...."

Larry swallowed hard and asked "How is she doctor?"

"She had a minor stroke. We think she should be fine. She is still asleep. You can see her soon. I will have the nurse take you to see your son."

Larry was still stunned. He was thrilled to be a father, but he was scared for Terri. He still loved her despite everything that they had been thru. He hoped they could work out their problems....

Terri awoke some time later. The first thing she did was call out for Larry. The nurse noticed that she was awake and called her doctor. The doctor smiled and said "Welcome back Mrs. Dallas! You gave us quite a scare!"

Terri swallowed and said "My husband?"

"He is with your son."

Terri reached down and felt her stomach. It was flat for the first time in months. She felt a tear slip down her face. The doctor said "I will tell him that you are awake now."

A few minutes later Larry walked in the room. He walked over to Terri and sat down in the chair next to her. He said simply "I love you Terri!"

Terri cried and said "Even after everything I've done?"

"Yep! Have you seen our son?"

She shook her head just as the nurse brought the baby into the room. She handed him to Terri and suddenly Terri felt her heart fill with a love like she had never known before. Staring down at her son she whispered "He's beautiful! He looks just like you Larry!!"

Larry smiled and said "I don't see it, I think he looks like his mommy!"

Terri looked at him for a few minutes and said "Do you think we can work this out? I messed up terribly...."

Larry silenced her with a kiss and said "I have always loved you! Nothing can change that! We'll just take it slow."

They kiss as the scene ends.....
