a question for Mad TV fans from a SNL fan? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

hi as you can tell by my sn im a big snl fan and i will admit ive watched very little of mad tv in the almost 11 years that its been on but since the 250th ep is airing tonight i was thinking about the mad tv fans who have watched all these years and ai have a question for all of you ? i know that snl fans like myself get really annoyed when every time the snl cast gets a new member the other snl fans are always griping and whining about how it was better when so and so was in the cast and how its gone downhill since said cast member left when usally when said cast member was on snl they all moaned and groaned about said cast member not being any good. and i was wondering since mad tv is somewhat prone to cast changes do you mad tv fans have to hear how bad the show is every time your show gets a new cast member or are mad tv fans more willing to let new people come in because its fun to see new cast members? i know as a long time snl fan that some other fans are always complaining that snl needs new cast members but when they do get them fans complain that they arent the right kind of cast mambers i just like to watch the show because i enjoy it . just like you all enjoy mad tv sorry if my post makes no sense but i guess what im really all the mad tv fans out there is if you all get as tired of complants about mad tv from other mad tv fans as we snl fans get of complants from other snl fans

There are always those who gripe and whine about new castmembers, but I would say in general we mad fans don't mind new cast members. We may get mad when someone we like gets the boot, but I know I am at least optimistic twoards what a new member may bring.
