There wasn't a movie. They've did a 3-part episode called the starbright trilogy.

Jem - Seasons 1 & 2 and Jem - Season 3 Part 1 came out on DVD last year, but are now both out of print due to Rhino losing the rights to Sony. Hopefully Sony will go ahead and release the final set or re-release the first two sets.

Like I said in my previous post, there were only two DVD's and they were both season sets. A Jem movie was planned but got scrapped once the show was canceled. The closest thing there is to a Jem movie is "The Beginning," which is the origin story. It's basically the first five episodes of the show merged together in movie form. Anyway, what you likely saw was the season sets or one of the many many out of print VHS tapes with randmom episodes.

ClassicTV4Ever, I've got to tell you, my uncle taped the show "Jem" 17 years ago when it was on WPIX-TV since it has loads of TV commercials and promos for "The Yogi Bear Show" on WPIX-TV and some reruns of other shows except the commercials that brings back memories. I'm still on vacation in Florida and I finally found it. I would really thank my uncle for that old VHS copy of "Jem".
