Definitely one of the best episodes yet. Could you imagine spending three years on a couch? I'm surprise the husband or better yet the daughter didn't try to help her over the years. This makes me never want any sweet stuff for a long time.

What happened to Matt? Did anyone see him in the previews with a bald head and I want to say bruises on his face? I think that's what they were unless they were markings for plastic surgery.
