Default Roswell Season Three

I love this show so much, I was so mad when they decided to cancel it. I do however own Season 1 and Season 2 on dvd already, I'm patiently waiting until tomorrow because Season 3 will be in stores. I was going to pre-order but decided to just buy it. Anyone else like this show?

yep, I received my review copy last week and finished it last night. Season 3 is somewhat of a letdown compared to seasons 1 and 2 but I still loved it.

Fox probably should've charged less for season 3 though (maybe 49.99 retail instead of 59.99), there are less episodes and the featurettes are shorter. The Shiri Appleby in Japan one was kind of pointless.

even though I love Roswell, season 3 was probably a smart time to go out. It becomes pretty obvious towards the later episodes of the season that Jason Behr was really pushing 30 years old, yet he was supposed to be 17 on the show. It worked when in season 1 but he started aging a bit in season 3.

is it me or did Roswell just lose it in season 3? the first half of the season was great, but then when Morgan Fairchild comes in and Max dies, then his body is reincarnated as Morgan's husband with Max's soul trying to fight it out, the show was becoming a farce. I also hated the way they turned Jesse into a real ass when he found out about Isabel being an alien, he was a likable character up until that point.

Default Great

I am a big fan of this show because it is very entertaining and I love the cast. I remember when watching the first show and getting hooked immediately. From then on, I was locked to my TV set for each and every episode. I also dragged my roommates to watch the second season and they were fans from then on too. I have every episode on tape and it was so great now that I can start replacing them with awesome DVDs. They sure did take a long time getting the DVD out for us fans. At least all 3 seasons are now on DVDs.
