I remember it somewhat. I thought it was pretty funny at the time. I don't know if I would now. I remember she had an assistant on the show. I would watch it along with the show Welcome to New York, I think that is what it was called.

Even though she now apologizes for her sitcom in a humorous way during her live shows, doing a skit to the song I'm Sorry, I liked it. It even won a People's Choice award for best new sitcom. Shortly after that, it was cancelled.

I remember it being really funny like the first 3 episodes and then it just fell off. The writing got bad quickly as did the acting. If it had stayed as strong as the first couple episodes, who knows what may have happened

considering Lindsay Lohan was Bette's daughter in the pilot, they oughta release the show on DVD to capitalize on that alone, plus Bette has a large following.

I am definitely among those in the large following--actually had a popular web site on her for seven years...but no, I am not gay! hehe--so I am thrilled that this subject has come up! Needless to say, I do remember it, even though Bette prefers that we don't! (Hence the humorous mocking in her shows...extra points for the one who mentioned this!) Even as a fan, I will admit that it went downhill after awhile, and I was prepared for it not to last long. It was a combo of a lot of things...the current cast changes, the staff of writers constantly changing, and Bette's frustration over the work schedule. She had originally hoped to make it an ensemble cast, but then when all of the attention shifted and focused only on her character, it was just grueling, especially since she had to sing every week. And then when she went on Letterman and compared the television taping process to being a dungbeetle pushing **** up a hill...well, Les Moonves fired her the next day!
