Who remember the 1994-95 Steve Harvey ABC sitcom "Me And The Boys?" If you don't, or never saw it, it was a brillant show.
Steve played a widower with 3 sons, who raises them with help from his mother in law. The complete series should be released on DVD. I don't know who owns the rights to the show, but I think Disney owns the rights to the show. Whoever does, release the show on DVD. It was a brillant show. |

Between those two, I'd prefer Me and The Boys on dvd because I didn't like the second one. If either is released on dvd as season sets though, I'd bet on the Steve Harvey Show coming out first just because it lasted longer. |

A lot of shortlived criticlly acclaimed shows are getting released on DVD now. So "Me And The Boys" release is not impossible. Especially with the later success of Steve Harvey. Here is some more fun facts about "Me And The Boys." Wendy Raquel Robinson who played Regina on the "Steve Harvey Show" had a recurring role on the show. Marcus T. Paulk and Shar Jackson who would both work together on "Moesha" both guest starred in the same episode of "Me And The Boys." Also just like Steve was in a band on his second show called The High Tops, he was in a band called The Four Vibes on "Me And The Boys." If you combine the names of the two bands, you get "Four Tops." Obviously, Steve was a huge Four Tops fan, who by the way guest starred on an episode of "Me And The Boys." |
