Dr. Phil: We're back. In case you havent been watching, today we're dealing with a group of co-worker who just cant stand the sight of each other. Now, y'all know how that is. Even I know what that's like. Just before the commercial break, I promised to reveal a startling revelation surrounding the group's only male, Nate. What if I told you all that I knew something about Nate and his relationship with a particular member of this group that y'all didnt know about.

Jinny: Mag, come on. You cheated on Gabe once. You cheated on him again?
Magda: It wasn't me. Excuse me but do you not remember that he dated my sister? I wouldnt do that Jinny.
