As soon as he closed the door, the delivery man put his hand over Teddy's mouth and held a gun to his head. He whispered into Teddy's ear..

Man- This is your worst nightmare. I'll take care of you like I took care of her.

Just then Teddy knew where he heard that voice before..

Teddy- Frank? Oh my god.

Magda got into Kate's car and tried to call Teddy on her cell phone. At Teddy's they heard the phone ring.

Frank- You let that phone ring. Don't you dare answer it.
Teddy- Fine..calm down man.

Magda- There's no answer.
Kate- Try his cell.
Magda- *Called his cell* No answer there either. He never turns that thing off. I'm really worried.
Kate- Me too.

Magda and Kate were speeding over there as fast as they could. Kate called for back up, just like last time. Meanwhile, Frank sat Teddy on the couch cause he
couldn't stand himself.

Teddy- You're supposed to be dead.
Frank- That's what I wanted you all to think. So you wouldn't be worried if a strange delivery guy showed up at your door.
Teddy- My god that's an awful thing to do.
Frank- Everything I do is awful but at least I'm not the only one commiting sins here. You had an affair with my wife.
Teddy- What will it take to convince you that I didn't sleep with Jinny while you two were married. I swear I didn't.
Frank- You think I'm gonna believe you..cute.
Teddy- *Thinks* 'I'm a dead man'.

Magda and Kate finally arrived. They ran up and knocked on his apartment door. He screamed trying ot let whoever was at the door that something was up. Frank hit him with his gun after that. Then he held it up to his head.

Frank- You keep your damn mouth shut. You know I have killed people before so I would have no problem killing you. Let them go away.

Magda- Teddy? Are you there? We heard a scream we know someone is in there.

Frank- Go away or I blow his head off! Leave the building!

Magda- Oh god. *Looked at Kate*
Kate- Frank? This is the Captain of the SFPD. We can try and negotiate..

Frank- *Shoots into the air* Negotiate that! Now get out of the building NOW!

They walked out of the apartment building and Magda was in a panic.

Magda- Oh my gosh! I can't lose another friend to that man Captain I can't!
Kate- Magda calm down. I'm going to call every cop on the force to get their asses out here!

Frank walked back over to the couch and sat down facing Teddy while holding the gun in his direction.

Teddy- Why are you doing this to me? Why now?
Frank- I told you already.
Teddy- But that was a year ago.
Frank- Yep. A year ago today.
Teddy- Oh my god that right. Jinny didn't die till the next day though.
Frank- Well if it will make you feel any better, I won't kill you till midnight so you'll have the same anniversary. *Laughs*
Teddy- Not funny jackass.

Frank got mad and walked over to him pointing the gun to his head.

Frank- What did you call me?
Teddy- Nothing.
Frank- That's better.

Everyone outside was waiting. There was nothing they can really do. Lots of people from the SFPD came, including CD and Nate.

Kate- Hey guys. Where's Lyla? You didn't have to come.
CD- She's at home with the babysitter.
Nate- How could we not come. We heard about Frank.
Magda- I should have shot that bastard when I had the chance.
Kate- Magda..

Frank- Well it's 11:15..you got 45 minutes buddy.
Teddy- You don't call me buddy or I'll call you jackass.
Frank- Oooh are we getting a little testy?
Teddy- Just a tad when someone is about to kill me! But you know I'm not a woman. I'm not gonna cry and beg for my life. I would never beg to a lowdown jerk
like you.
Frank- Trying to get me testy now are you..smart. But not smart enough to talk me out of it.
Teddy- You find a sick pleasure in torturing other people who disapprove of you.
Frank- Yep. Who cares?
Teddy- For Jinny's sake, I'm not going to play along in your sick game. I'm not going to give into you.
Frank- Don't you dare mention my wife as if she were yours. If you had just kept your hands on your own property, this wouldn't have happened.
Teddy- PROPERTY!? You calling Jinny property now.
Frank- You're right, property is too strong a word..garbage now is more like it.
Teddy- You son of a---
Frank- Keep in mind here boy, I'm the one with the gun. So shut your mouth.

Magda- Maybe you should call him. It's too quiet up there.
Kate- Yeah. What's the number?

Inside Teddy's apartment, the phone rings. Frank motioned for Teddy to stay on the couch and if he moved, he was dead. Frank answered the phone.

Frank- Teddy the wife stealer's apartment.
Kate- Frank, this is Captain Kate McCafferty.
Frank- Ahh I remember you.
Kate- Frank you got to let him go. He's an ADA you'll get the death penalty.
Frank- Doesn't matter anyway. Don't call again.

Frank slammed the phone down. Kate got worried by his last sentence.

Frank slammed the phone down. Kate got worried by his last sentence. Magda knew if they had just stood there like last time, someone would not come out alive.

Magda- Captain, I need to get in there.
Kate- I don't think so!
Magda- It's our only shot. Frank had no problem leaving a dying woman in there last time. What makes you think he won't do it again?
Kate- Well I'm not letting you go in there. He's too unstable.
Magda- Then think of something damnit I'm not standing out here! *Pauses* I didn't mean any disrespect Captain.
Kate- It's okay we're all on edge.

Kate looked up at the apartment and noticed the fire escape outside Teddy's apartment. She had an idea.

Kate- Okay Magda, you want to help? Here's an idea..

Frank still paced back and forth and wanted to wait until midnight to kill Teddy. He knew no one would have the guts to try and stop him. They didn't last time.
He was kind of nervous though. Something didn't feel right. He felt he was being watched. Then the phone rang. It was Kate calling Teddy's apartment.

Frank- What do you want now?
Kate- We need to talk some more Frank.
Frank- I don't think we have anything to talk about.

Frank walked away from the window and all of a sudden, Teddy saw Magda's head appear from the window. She saw Teddy and motioned to him to stay quiet.
Teddy did so. Magda then pulled out a gun. She aimed it right at Frank's head. She knew she had to get a perfect shot in order to make sure he wouldn't hurt
Teddy incase she missed. While he was on the phone, she aimed some more, to the perfect spot. And then pulled the trigger.

Magda then pulled out a gun. She aimed it right at Frank's head. She knew she had to get a perfect shot in order to make sure he wouldn't hurt
Teddy incase she missed. While he was on the phone, she aimed some more, to the perfect spot. And then pulled the trigger. Frank fell to the ground and she
knew then it was all over. She rushed over to Teddy to see if he was alright.

Magda- Teddy, are you okay?
Teddy- Yeah I'm fine.
Magda- It was all a game..
Teddy- I know. He told me he did it to get to me.
Magda- It's over now.

Magda called in the paramedics. They checked for a pulse but couldn't get one. Magda escorted Teddy outside. They were both shaken up but Kate
congratulated them. Teddy was especially happy. They put Jinny's killer away for good, he would never hurt anyone else. The night was long. Teddy could barely sleep. He stayed at Magda's house since the police were still at his apartment. Magda came out and found him awake.

Magda- I had a feeling you were up.
Teddy- Well anyone who had a night like that would have trouble sleeping.
Magda- I could imagine. *Sat next to him* You did good.
Teddy- You too. I could never repay you for saving my life. He was going to kill me.
Magda- I know he was..but we were too quick for him. *Smiles*

Then they saw a light. It was the same light they had seen before when Jinny appeared to them.

Teddy- What is that light?
Magda- I think it's..

Jinny appeared to them wearing that silky white dress, looking as pretty as ever according to Teddy. She had that sweet smile on her face.

Teddy- Jinny you're back.
Jinny- I can only stay for a little while. I'm afraid this is the last time I can appear to you.
Magda- Why?
Jinny- You two caught him. You don't need my help anymore. I don't know how to thank you. I knew the two of you could do it.
Magda- What else could we do. We made a promise.
Jinny- Teddy, you were in a dangerous situation and you did it for me. And Magda, you risked your own life to save him.
Teddy- I promised you we'd get him.
Jinny- I have to go. Just know the two of you that I am with you always.
Teddy- Don't go Jinny please. Not again.
Jinny- I won't really be gone Teddy. But I need you to know something.
Teddy- Anything.
Jinny- Don't be afraid to love someone else again. I'll always know I was your first true love, but I can't go on watching you watch Lifetime all day. You need to love again.
Teddy- How can I?
Jinny- I trust you. You can do it. And Magda, you need you not to be afraid to be as close to another partner.
Magda- I will try Jinny. It's not easy.
Jinny- I know. I love you both very much.
Teddy- We love you Jinny.
Magda- Goodbye Jin.

With that, Jinny disappeared. Magda and Teddy looked at each other and smiled. The next morning, everyone was in a better mood. They haven't been that happy since Jinny died.

Magda- Morning Captain.
Kate- Good morning Inspector. Get any sleep last night?
Magda- Not really.
Kate- Well it's going to be a busy day.
Magda- Good.

Then CD and Nate walked in. They had Lyla with them since having her there at all times was very important to CD. Kate didn't mind.

Kate- Morning you too. And how's that little angel?
Nate- Kept us up all night.
CD- She's wonderful.
Nate- She sure is.
Kate- *Smiled*

Jenny was the last one to come in.

Jenny- Hey I heard about all the action last night. Was anyone hurt?
Magda- Frank's dead..for real this time. Just incase, they're doing an autopsy. *Giggles*
Jenny- Good! *Laughed* How's Teddy doing?
Magda- He was shaken up last night but we had a talk and he's much better this morning.

Teddy walked in. He was out getting everyone coffee to thank them for the great job they did.

Teddy- I come with coffee!
CD- You couldn't get donuts too?
Teddy- Don't push your luck. *Winked at CD*
CD- Okay okay.
Jenny- Hey Teddy. You doing okay?
Teddy- I am great.
Jenny- That's good. Look listen, I was probably too chicken before and with the case going on I didn't want to intrude..*Interrupted by Teddy*
Teddy- Actually Jenny, I wanted to know if you would go out with me tonight.
Jenny- Really? You'll go out with me?
Teddy- Of course. Pick you up at 7?
Jenny- I'll be ready. Thanks.
Teddy- No thank you.
Magda- *Smiled* And Jenny, I'm sorry if I haven't really been including you.
Jenny- Are you kidding Magda? You've been great.
Magda- Well I would like us to be great partners.
Jenny- To me we already are..but that doesn't mean we can't be closer. *Smiled* Thank you Magda.
Magda- You're welcome.
Jenny- And to think I wasn't going to come in today! *Laughs*
Kate- *Came out of her office* Okay cases!

With that, all of the inspectors got back to work and a woman in a silky white dress, smiled and disappeared into the light, once again.
