Sorry to say, but I'm really not a fan of Jason Ritter. More of his Father. The show has run for quite a few seasons, so maybe eventually it will come to dvd.

I'm sorry to say, but I really think everyone here is wasting their time. This is the same deal that went down with another CBS hit,' Touched By An Angel'. They got a large sum of signatures, and still the show was cancelled. The only way to save the show is for 'Joan Of Arcadia' to have a VERY LARGE sum of viewers watching it. It all comes down to RATINGS and $$$$$$$$. That's the bottom line here.Sorry to say, I'm not a CBS viewer. I watch ABC.

Also, may I add, the same deal is sort of going down for ABC's '8 Simple Rules'. Although there isn't a petition to sign for to save the show. Basically, I think everyone here knows why the show hasn't been doing too well. I myself do hope that they renew it, but there is also a chance that it might not be renewed, and I'm prepared for it. All in all, it hasn't been the same since the devestating loss of John Ritter I'd love to see them make another season, but time will tell and no one will know until May 17th. Also, I've been on futoncritic.com, and it hasn't yet said that Joan Of Arcadia' has been cancelled. It's still on the list for the shows yet to be renewed or (TBD).

I hope Joan of Arcadia returns, since JAG is ending and Numbers is so new to Fridays, it looks like Joan should stay to give CBS a little credibility on Friday Nights.

I broke down ansd signed it. I feel that it's about the only show on network t.v. now days that has no sex or violence. so why not have 'Joan Of Arcadia' go for another season? With all these other moronic reality shows, etc. If they can be renewed for another season, than 'Joan Of Arcadia' should have the same chance.
