The latest victim of a serial murderer known as the "Surfside Killer" turns out to be a police officer. Stacy, a close friend of the murdered girl, fits the description of each of the killer's victims - young blonde females, and volunteers herself to work undercover to try and draw out the murderer. But Hooker does not have faith in the way the operation has been organized, and vows to watch over and protect Stacy himself. TVPG


The Mumbler.
Airs on Thursday, February 3 at 4:00am ET

As Hooker and Romano examine the scene where a trio made an attempt to hold up an armoured bank van, Hooker finds a pigeon leg band dropped by one of the thieves. A pigeon breeding friend traces the band to its owner's address, where they meet the orphaned young sister of one of the men who is mixed up with the thieves. As they track down the robbers, Hooker forms a bond with the girl, and is determined to see that she isn't sent back to juvenile hall. TVPG


Vengeance is Mine.
Airs on Friday, February 4 at 4:00am ET

Hooker and Romano are just finishing working on a case with Lt. Paul McGuire, a close friend and colleague of Hooker's, when they respond to a reported rape - in which the victim turns out to be none other than McGuire's own daughter. The girl is certain that she knows the attacker, but the attacker, a lawyer, uses legal loopholes to get off without charge. As Hooker tries to nail the attacker "by the book", McGuire becomes infuriated at the lack of action taken and takes matters into his own hands, endangering not only his job, but Hooker's case. Sweet Sixteen and Dead.

An ex-prostitute is trying to convince a young girl new on the game to give it up, when the pair unwittingly stumble onto a mobster's back-street deal, who with his henchman, goes after the girls to make sure they don't talk and leaves one of the girls dead. As Hooker and Romano investigate, they find themselves uncovering a web of corruption involving city officials. TVPG


Raw Deal.

When Hooker and Romano spot a cocaine deal taking place and intervene, they are surprised to find that the supplier is a family man with no prior convictions. With the help of an old flame of Hooker's, a reformed gambling addict, they uncover a crooked gambling club owner's scheme that involves having members run up huge debts on rigged games, and then forcing them to make drug deliveries to help pay off the money they owe. Requiem for a Cop.

The hunt for a serial arsonist that is torching condemned buildings intensifies when a Private Investigator, who is an ex-cop and an old friend of Hooker's, is murdered. Certain that the man was on the verge of finding out who is behind the attacks, Hooker and Romano work with his daughter, who is also a PI, to bring the arsonist to justice. TVPG


The Hostages.

After Hooker and Romano foil an armed robbery committed by a family of robbers, which leaves the father wounded in hospital and the daughter held in custody, the two sons take the hospital wing with their father on siege, holding Hooker's ex-wife Fran, Stacy, a little girl urgently needing heart surgery, and a whole floor of patients hostage. On Stacy's first week of field training, Hooker assigns her to be partnered with tough veteran officer Jim Corrigan, who has low opinion of female cops after his former parter was killed while partnered with one. TVM

Hooker holds himself personally to blame when a female rookie cop that he trained is seriously wounded in a confrontation with a pair of fleeing gun-shop robbers. With the officer needing her leg amputated as a result of the wound, Hooker and Romano, with help from Stacy and Corrigan, investigate the gun thieves, who are selling their hauls to a back-street crime baron. The Return.

Still haunted by the murder of his detective partner five years before, Hooker returns to the narcotics underworld they once prowled together, fiercely determined to find Det. Johnny Durrell's killer. The vision of the cold-blooded killer with one hand has festered in Hooker's memory for years, but neither he nor the homicide department has been able to get close to the murderer. Responding to a shooting at a ****-fight in China Town, Hooker thinks he catches a glimpse of a face from the past in the crowd. As he investigates the illegal dealing of automatic weapons in the area, the face turns out to be the daughter of a woman who he was once in love with, but had to cut off their relationship after her husband, presumed dead, had turned up alive. But now, the man is involved with the gun dealing, and sees that he has an old score to settle with Hooker. TVPG


The Cheerleader Murder.
Airs on Wednesday, February 23 at 4:00am ET

Hooker and Romano, with Stacy and Corrigan, catch the thief of a freshly stolen car, but in the car's trunk, they find the body of a teenage girl. With the coroner's report revealing that the girl was a heavy cocaine user and had had a recent, crudely-operated abortion, they find themselves uncovering a racket that is getting young girls hooked on drugs and then leading them into making underage porn movies to pay for their addiction. The Shadow of Truth.
Airs on Thursday, February 24 at 4:00am ET

Hooker is on a date with Lisa Jericho, an infamous "muck-raking" reporter, when the restaurant they're in comes under gun-fire. A man whom Lisa had previously done an article on is killed in the shooting, but Hooker begins to theorise that Lisa was in fact the intended target when later her life once again is endangered. Unbeknown to them, the crooked head of a construction company that the reporter is investigating, is determined to see that she isn't around to print an up-coming article revealing his corruption. Walk a Straight Line.
Airs on Friday, February 25 at 4:00am ET

When an undercover armed robbery stake-out is bungled, leaving a cop wounded in hospital, Hooker becomes concerned that a veteran cop's heavy drinking was the cause of the stake-out's failure. As he hunts for the armed robbers who are targeting night-clubs, Hooker becomes more and more worried that his fellow officer is an alcoholic, and is not only endangering police operations, but himself and everyone around him. The Trial.
Airs on Wednesday, March 2 at 4:00am ET

Responding to the alert of an armed super-market robbery, Romano and another Officer are wounded when one of the robbers opens fire at them. Romano blames a female Officer on the scene, who he believes to be guilty of cowardice in stopping the shooting, but with contradicting accounts of just what happened in the incident, Hooker angers Romano and several Officers when he announces he is to act as defense for the Officer in the upcoming trial. The move jeopardizes both Hooker and Romano's partnership and their friendship, and the fact that the Officer had previously been brought up on a similar charge does not help her case; but was she actually the one to blame on this occasion?

Matter of Passion.
Airs on Thursday, March 3 at 4:00am ET

While out for a jog on the beach, Hooker finds the body of a dead young woman in the surf. When the coroner's report is unable to identify the girl, and indications are that she was murdered, Hooker becomes personally concerned in finding the person responsible. An attractive painter and a small book of phone numbers found with the girl are the only leads in the hunt for the killer, but as Hooker investigates the killing, attempts are made on his own life, as the murderer tries to keep him away from unraveling the events behind the girl's death.

When a pimp who has escaped charge on a technicality is shot dead, Hooker and Romano are on the alert for a vigilante group. But when a prostitute who witnessed the killing tells them that the killers were cops, it becomes apparent that two officers from an adjoining Police precinct are taking the law into their own hands.

Undercover Affair.
Airs on Saturday, March 5 at 4:00am ET

Hooker, Romano, Stacy and Corrigan are staking out a small-time drug dealer when they find that a major drug supplier is involved - who is being staked out in a Federal investigation. Hooker is ordered to keep well away from anything to do with the Fed operation and any of the smaller dealers which may be involved with the drug ring, something which proves to be difficult and results in Hooker being suspended. But an old flame, who is a Fed agent, is undercover posing as the girlfriend of head of the ring, and Hooker, fearing for her safety, is determined to put the ring out of operation himself - even if it costs him his job.

Slay Ride.

Airs on Tuesday, March 8 at 4:00am ET

Despite being undercover dressed as Santa Claus, Hooker is finding it hard to get into the Yuletide cheer faced with his first Christmas away from Fran and the children; Stacy too, is low on Christmas spirit, after splitting up with her boyfriend. The Christmas blues set in even deeper when a drug stakeout doesn't go to plan, allowing the main target to get away. Later, after Stacy witnesses an armed hold-up by a man and woman connected with the wanted dealer, the woman is forced to abandon her young baby at a local church. As they try and get a lead on the offenders, Stacy looks after the young baby, but Hooker, Corrigan and Romano become concerned that she may be coming to attached to it too want to give it back.

The Lipstick Killer.
Airs on Wednesday, March 9 at 4:00am ET

Following the bludgeoning to death of a nurse, Hooker and co. investigate the case, the latest in a series of similar murders - a string of killings that Hooker investigated years before that has recently began again, in which the attacker sends a rose to the intended victim prior to the attack. With the aid of a disabled veteran detective and a top psychiatrist, Hooker and the team investigate and find evidence that the murderer, always dressed as an old-fashioned nurse, may actually be a man. But the pattern of the killings suggests that they have less than 48 hours to catch the killer before he/she strikes again.

The Snow Game.
Airs on Thursday, March 10 at 4:00am ET

Hooker, Romano, Stacy and Corrigan are involved in an undercover operation to nail a large cocaine dealing ring, when a highly respected fellow officer is killed, execution-style, by the ring, who are on to him. Tracking down one of the thugs involved, Romano is badly injured by a gun-shot wound, before Hooker captures the goon, who gives the lead of a crooked bail-bondsman who is involved with the dealing. Against the wishes of a DEA, Hooker and Corrigan go undercover as drug dealers, with Stacy posing as one of their carriers, to infiltrate the dangerous ring via the bail-bondsman and catch them in the act.

Exercise in Murder.
Airs on Friday, March 11 at 4:00am ET

In pursuit of a trio of diamond thieves, who escape via helicopter, Hooker is devastated when he accidentally shoots a 9-year-old boy, leaving the youngster critical in the hospital. Meanwhile, Corrigan is concerned when his steady girlfriend Jill starts acting strangely before abruptly breaking off their relationship. The girl is actually being blackmailed by the trio of robbers; and when her body is found washed up from the ocean, Stacy goes undercover at the aerobics gym where Jill worked to try and get a lead, endangering herself in doing so.

A planned bust on crime lord Frank Dio results in an informant of Corrigan's being shot dead. Following up the lead of Dio's former girlfriend, a prostitute, Hooker promises to put her into protective custody and give her a new identity if she agrees to testify against Dio. The girl reluctantly agrees, and while Stacy takes care of her young sister, Hooker must go all out to keep her alive, shielding her from the attempts on her life.

Hot Property.

Airs on Tuesday, March 15 at 4:00am ET

After a drug bust that nails a drug-importing ring, Hooker gives Stacy the honor of booking the seized heroin in at the precinct. But when the seized heroin is switched for sugar, meaning the Officers have nothing to hold the captured drug dealers on, Stacy is forced to hand in her badge and her gun until a hearing over the incident.

Death on the Line.
Airs on Wednesday, March 16 at 4:00am ET

A worker from the Police precinct is attacked and raped, the latest in a series of rapes and robberies where none of the victims are able to identify their attacker. Hooker and co. find that all the victims had been visited by a telephone repair man, information which enables them to track down the prime suspect, who ends up being killed as the result of pursuit. But Hooker fears that the dead man was actually the attacker's apprentice and not the actual attacker.

Death Strip.
Airs on Thursday, March 17 at 4:00am ET

Romano is working undercover as a male stripper at a night-club where the owner is a suspect in a cocaine smuggling ring, when he witnesses his contact being shot dead. Before her death, the girl had sent the negative of the incriminating photo to her sister, but she is attacked by the same man who stole the photograph from her sister, and has the negative snatched from her. Hooker and Romano investigate the tug-of-war over the incriminating negative as they try and identify the heads of the drug operation.

Psychic Terror.
Airs on Friday, March 18 at 4:00am ET

A renowned psychic is teamed up with Hooker to find the whereabouts of a kidnapped young girl, but even before the pair have met, the psychic keeps having a recurring dream about Hooker's death. Hooker has little belief in the woman's psychic abilities and how they can help locate the young girl, and is even more skeptical about her visions of his fate; but the more the pair work together, the more the woman's visions become realized.

Gang War.
Airs on Saturday, March 19 at 4:00am ET

Hooker and Romano are involved in a new neighborhood peace program designed to reduce tension in an area where two Hispanic gangs are close to declaring all out-war on each other. But the whole program and peace on the streets is jeopardized when the president of one of the gangs is gunned down in a drive-by shooting. Hooker suspects that someone else is fuelling the feud to benefit from the sale of fire-arms sold to both sides of the conflict.

Deadlock.

Airs on Tuesday, March 22 at 4:00am ET

On night patrol, Hooker and Romano follow the trail of a pair of graffiti vandals to a department store, only to find the store guard dead and themselves unwittingly stumbling onto a gun robbery from the store's sports department. With their patrol car stolen by the graffiti vandals and the store's phones cut, the pair take on the thieves with no back-up, leading to a gun-fight with the trio of robbers which leaves Romano badly wounded by a gun-blast.

Night Vigil.
Airs on Wednesday, March 23 at 4:00am ET

On routine patrol with Corrigan, Stacy is shot when unwittingly walking in on an armed robbery, leaving her hospitalized in a coma and with a bullet lodged dangerously close to her heart. With Stacy facing precarious surgery, Hooker, Corrigan and Romano search out the robbers, who are armed with armor piercing bullets. But Hooker's determination to catch the thugs, no matter what, sees him putting his career on the line.

The Two Faces of Betsy Morgan.

Hooker and Romano by chance spot a van swerving dangerously over the road - in which a pair of teenage prostitutes are being held against their will by two men. When the van crashes off the road, they find one of the girls dead after being strangled - the latest victim in a series of killings by "The Boulevard Strangler" and his accomplice, who are preying on young runaways.

Airs on Friday, March 25 at 4:00am ET

Hooker and Romano give chase of a couple of armed robbers who have held up a local bank and taken a teller hostage - a high-speed pursuit which ends in the thieves' car plowing into the side of a tanker. Hooker receives criticism over his decision to give chase, which deepens when it's learned that the young woman taken hostage has lost her unborn baby as a result of the crash.

Hardcore Connection.
Airs on Saturday, March 26 at 4:00am ET

While on a prostitution sting, Hooker spots veteran vice officer Daniels' car parked outside a motel, and goes to investigate just as the officer is shot by an assassin. Both the gun-man and the prostitute Daniels was meeting with flee the scene, and the officer's superior reports that Daniels wasn't there on Police business, and what's more, was found with money suggesting that he'd been taking bribes.

Anatomy of a Killing.
Airs on Tuesday, March 29 at 4:00am ET

Following an execution-style murder connected to a drug racket, Hooker joins forces with ex-partner and personal friend Jim Cody to solve the killing and put the drug ring out of business. But as they investigate the case, it becomes apparent that Cody's own daughter is a heroin addict and involved with key members of the drug ring.

Hooker and Romano are on patrol when their car is hit with a chemical based fire-bomb, which leaves Romano blinded. With Romano in hospital and facing permanent loss of sight, his girlfriend Maggie, a fellow Officer, takes his place as Hooker's partner as they investigate who was behind the attack and why. Unbeknown to them, a recently released convict, has hired a chemical genius to wipe Hooker out.

Model for Murder.
Airs on Thursday, March 31 at 4:00am ET

Investigating the killing of a fashion model, who had also been working as a high-class prostitute, Stacy's contact, another model, is too found murdered in similar circumstances. Stacy befriends the murdered girl's room-mate, and goes undercover as a model at the company that the girls belonged to, to try and root out the killer, who is using sale of the girls to ensure a large order of costumes. But Stacy's handling of the case causes some friction between Corrigan and herself.

A Kind of Rage.

While on a stake-out to capture a strangler who is killing homeless women, Corrigan receives a blow to the head while struggling with a suspect, leaving him with a concussion which triggers sudden, unexpected bouts of enraged behavior. But the suspect Corrigan took on isn't in fact the strangler, and with the real killer still on the loose, Hooker and the team must track him down before he strikes again.

The Confession.

Responding to the latest in a string of rape muggings on women using automatic teller machines, Hooker finds that the latest victim is an Episcopal female priest, Beth Harrison, an old acquaintance. When Hooker and the team nab the culprit, the attacker cunningly goes to church to give confession about the rape to her, leaving Beth sticking to her sworn vow of silence over confessions. Hooker tries to convince her to go against her beliefs and testify.

Grand Theft Auto.
Airs on Tuesday, April 5 at 4:00am ET

Romano, celebrating his new Porsche sports car, takes Hooker out for a night at a dance club, but the car is stolen, hitting a gypsy king as it speeds away. The injured man and his 10-year-old niece have been tracking the thieves trying to recover stolen automobile parts, but they refuse to give any information to the police. The next day, the man is murdered, but the niece once again refuses to talk.

Street Bait.
Airs on Wednesday, April 6 at 4:00am ET

After the third in a series of murders on attractive young blonde women, Stacy goes undercover to work as a salesgirl at a shopping mall store where each of the girls had worked. With Stacy wired up, Hooker, Corrigan and Romano keep tabs on her until the killer makes himself apparent, but Hooker is concerned when the gun used in the murders suggests the killer to be a cop, and all indications point to the store's security officer being the culprit.

After a woman in a troubled marriage is fatally stabbed, Hooker notices a similarity with three other cases. All of the women had phoned in to a relationship therapist's call-in radio show before they were murdered. Convinced that the connection to the radio station is the key to the killings, he tries to persuade the show's therapist to help him track down the killer.

A parking attendant's suspicion leads to the discovery of a woman's body in the trunk of a car, sending Hooker and the team on the trail of a psychotic killer who is on a cross-country murder spree. Meanwhile, the deranged killer lures a young woman into his clutches and takes her hostage, leaving behind her husband and sick baby.

The shooting of a masseuse in Chinatown convinces Hooker that a Vietnamese crime mob is trying to take over the district's massage parlours. With information from a Vietnamese friend of Corrigan's, Romano goes undercover at the parlour in the middle of the trouble as an outcall driver, while Stacy works as one of the massage girls.

When Hooker and the team assist in a large drugs bust, the main dealer escapes, but a videotape is seized that incriminates Hooker for seemingly taking bribes to keep prostitutes out of jail. Stripped of his badge and gun as he awaits being charged with corruption, Hooker travels to Las Vegas and meets up with the prostitute accused of bribing him.

Love Story.

An attractive woman named Teri, whom Hooker meets when giving a speeding ticket, finds that her friend has been robbed and raped, and herself is attacked when she unwittingly stumbles onto the scene. She aids Hooker as they try to identify the violent gang behind the attacks, and they quickly fall in love. Things take a nasty turn when the gang tracks Teri down and rapes her. The result of the attack takes its toll on her and Hooker's relationship, and causes Corrigan, Stacy and Romano to become concerned that Hooker's fierce pursuit of the gang is being clouded by personal feelings.

Hollywood Star.
Airs on Thursday, April 14 at 4:00am ET

While en route to Hollywood to deliver a captured jewel thief, Hooker and Corrigan are ambushed by the thief's men, who free their leader. Hooker teams up with Dani Starr, a Hollywood detective, to find the sprung thief, who is the prime suspect in the murder of a porn film producer. As they search for leads, they find that there is a Mob connection; Hooker learns that Dani's husband was previously murdered by the Mob.

Sanctuary.
Airs on Friday, April 15 at 4:00am ET

Corrigan and Stacy stop a car for speeding, only to have the trio inside open fire on them with automatic weapons, badly wounding Corrigan. Hooker and Romano are first on the scene, and the trio, take sanctuary in a nearby church, with Stacy and the seriously injured Corrigan as hostages. With the church surrounded with SWAT Officers, Hooker must try and negotiate not only with the gun-happy thugs, who are demanding a safe passage to Mexico, but also reason with the church's priest.

Homecoming.
Airs on Saturday, April 16 at 4:00am ET

Hooker's children come to visit their father, but the vacation is interrupted after Corrigan and another officer unwittingly disrupt an armed race-track heist, which leaves Corrigan's fellow officer dead. The robbers were under the pretense of being ambulance attendants, and Hooker has reason to believe that the robbery was an inside job; but the case means that his time with his cherished kids is limited.

Serial Murders.

Hooker's investigation into a series of gristly murders by a pair of religious crazies is accompanied by Sergeant Leigh Stockwell, a close, old friend. Stacy becomes suspicious that Leigh is using cocaine, an addiction which not only jeopardises the case and Leigh's job, but also Hooker's life.

Unbeknown to Romano, his law school teacher is living with ex-convict Jack Lewis, the ring-leader behind a string of armed robberies. Stacy is almost killed when she and Corrigan respond to armed robbery on a pawn shop, when the thug she apprehends disarms her. As Hooker and the team search for Lewis, who specializes in training criminals to disarm cops, the incident leaves Stacy with shaken confidence and an internal investigation over the lapse which nearly cost her her life.

When Hooker and Stacy take Hooker's children for a trip to the beach, a minor fire distracts Hooker long enough for Chrissie to disappear. She has been kidnapped by bitter ex-cop Marty Latham, who was struck from the force and ultimately sentenced to prison after becoming involved with The Mob. Latham will only return Chrissie if Hooker finds the whereabouts of his family, who cut contact with him and disappeared while he was serving time.

While Hooker is investigating a violent supermarket robbery, his father, himself a retired police officer, arrives unexpectedly. Hooker and his father, who is in somewhat shaky health, ends up helping track down the supermarket robbery gang, but the one last case has a deadly outcome for the senior Hooker.

A 17-year-old girl is killed in a struggle during the filming of a porn movie, and when her dumped body is found, it turns out to be the niece of Hooker's colleague, Detective Max Brodsky. Hooker takes charge of the case, with Stacy going undercover as a potential porn star to get inside the production company; but Brodsky's obsession with nailing the killers himself jeopardizes the whole investigation.

With the ploy following the same pattern as several previous identical "rip-offs", Hooker and a Federal agent join forces to put a halt to the big-time drug runner's scam, but their methods in putting the racket out of business clash.

Meanwhile, Hooker and Corrigan investigate a break out from a mental hospital where two dangerous patients have escaped - and unbeknown to them, one of the escapees is the man posing as the doctor who has taken in Stacy.

Stacy had previously met the kindly Bill through his blind son Steve, leaving herself, Hooker and Corrigan determined to find whoever pulled the trigger.

After Corrigan drops Detective O'Brien's niece Jennifer off at a jewellery store to buy a gift for her uncle's 25th anniversary on the force, the store is hit by a pair of armed robbers. With the only lead being the hi-tech gun used by one of the thieves, Corrigan feels responsible for Jennifer's death, and the investigation is hampered by a television news reporter eager for a story.

The murder of a dancer who has had a lock of her hair cut off signifies to Hooker that a serial killer he pursed eight years previously is back in operation. Hooker is concerned for the only victim to survive one of the previous attacks - a dance teacher with whom he nearly fell in love - and sets about protecting her, believing that the killer will go after her again to try and finish the job. The latest in a series of armed robberies on super-markets leaves a young cashier possibly paralysed when the thieves take her hostage and then push her from their speeding car. The cars used by the robbers are specially modified "hill racers", leading to the local hill racing champion, being wrongly arrested as the prime suspect. TVPG

Two armed juveniles rob a liquor store, and the ensuing Police pursuit results in an Officer being shot dead. Romano waits until the killer is out of bullets before he corners and apprehends him, resulting in a number of Officers being angry at Romano for not avenging their colleague's death. Hooker is torn as his partner is slated for going by the book and not taking the opportunity to shoot the cop-killer. TVPG


Blind Justice.

When two thugs rob a cinema box office, leaving the cashier seriously wounded, a passing woman is the only witness. Hooker tries to question her on what she saw, only to find that she is blind. Meanwhile, the two armed robbers, planning their next big box office heist on an upcoming Beach Boys concert, are unaware that the woman has no sight, and intend to see that she isn't around to give the police their descriptions.
