Default Richard T Jones & Nia Long's Relationship

Richard is the only black guy on this show as Amy's friend. What's his job on the show? He's always with Amy in court. Richard is a pretty good actor. I saw him in the movies Lockdown, The Wood, Phone Booth. How long has Nia Long been on the show as his girlfriend? I know she hasn't been on here that long cause they haven't been dating that long. Nia is so attractive & sexy.

Richard plays Bruce, Amy's CSO. On the show he only dated Nia Long briefly. As far as I know, on the show, he has been dating some chick named Zola.

Zola is bi-racial. In real life she is Tyne Daly's (Maxine Gray) daughter.

May I start with Bruce is hot and I absolutely love his voice!
Now to answer your question, CSO stands for Court Services Officer.

He was in Collateral? I don't remember seeing him in the movie. What was his role or character?

She use to be married to Georg Stanford Brown, who was on the "Rookies" and he was also in Roots, who is the father of Tyne Daly's daughter on the show. She was linked with Clarence Williams III a few years back for all you older folks on the board he was "Linc" from the "Mod Squad" (which also stared Peggy Lipton who was married to Quincy Jones and their daughter Kiddada (sp) starred in "Boston Public), for the younger folks he was Prince's father in "Purple Rain.

Did not know he played prince's father. I was a huge Prince fan when I was in high school.
I looked him up and he also directed the tv shows Starsky and Hutch, Charlie's Angels, Hill Street Blues, Police Squad and miami Vice.
That's cool that he and Tyne can work together after being divorced.
I believe George and Tyne have three daughters total.

Yep they do have 3 daughters I think the last one was born after they seperated in the 90's I'm not sure, however I don't think they appeared together on Judging Amy (at least I don't think so, so please correct me if he did since I am not a regular viewer of the show) but "Zola" is their daughter in real life. Oh and by the way I use to watch Purple Rain soooooooooo much when it came out on VHS that it started to show wear out . I got to get it on dvd.

I saw Richard Jones today in a movie called Incognito with Vanessa Williams, Roger Smith, Allison Dean, Ron Glass, Phil Morris. It's a good movie. It's about Richard is a bodyguard who protects Allison from a killer played by Phil Morris. Allison was Shari Headley's sister in Coming To America movie with Eddie Murphy. She's a cute darkskin woman. Vanessa Williams that was in this movie isn't the Vanessa Williams who everybody knows. Vanessa i'm talkin about was in New Jack City movie with Wesley Snipes. She also played on Soul Food tv show on Showtime channel. She was on The Cosby Show a few times also. She's very attractive. Vanessa was Richard's sister in the movie. This movie came straight to video. It's old.
