Angry Miami - rerun city

What's with all of the reruns on CSI: Miami this season?

Egad! How many first-run episodes have they aired since the beginning of December? Five? I dunno. It seems like they show one new episode; two reruns; one or two new eps; two or three reruns; and on and on and on.........

Is it just my imagination? I don't think so.

Yeah, I guess you are right about that. It's just that Miami is my favorite, so it bugs me the most that they keep doing this.

A very dangerous move on the part of CBS, in my opinion. Especially for Miami, as NBC has put their new show, Medium, opposite that one. NBC, I am sure, has gained a lot of viewers who are simply bored with watching Miami episodes that they already viewed just a few weeks earlier.

I have not yet taken a look at the competition, but it's getting very hard to resist the temptation to "defy" CBS. What I can say is that I have not been watching the reruns; I have been changing the channel or watching DVDs.

Personally, I am beginning to lose interest in the entire CSI series as a result of this very odd method of programming.

I'm not I dont think I"ll ever lose interest but it does sort of annoy me
although I am guitly of owning all 4 of the box sets to CSI
but a big part for me watching the show is the fact that I'm VERY into the Nick and Sara ship (cause Sorry to me and ALOT of people I know the Grissom and Sara ship is DEAD) which is probably why I wont ever lose interest

It's annoying, isn't it?? And now they're not even airing 'CSI' (either new episodes or reruns) for two weeks because of basketball! Can't they just put the sports on ESPN or so?

I've noticed ALOT of Reruns too, I wondered if it was just me. They've been doing the same thing with Still Standing and Listen Up on Monday, although not quite as bad. They've shown about 10 Still Standing reruns this season if I remember correctly. Atleast they were mostly ones I hadnt seen before.

I get tired of the reuns across the board not just with CSI shows. It'as one thing when one channel has a special event like the Oscars or because of the holidays but for no reason at all is annoying!!!

Default YIPPEE!!!

Yay! We finally had another first-run episode of Miami last night!!!

And I know that we'll have at least one more new one this season. (It better be several more!) And how do I know this, you ask? 'Cause for the past two days of this week they have been filming scenes in the office complex across the street from where I work. Unfortunately, all that I have seen are lots and lots of huge 16-wheeler trucks with equipment etc, and signage indicating the production as "Miami." A few of us were debating about whether it might be CSI or the Miami Vice movie. But my boss saw a sign that indicted "Cast only" for CSI: Miami, so I was right!. But, still... I saw nothing... no one... Egad! So near, and yet so far! They got rained on this afternoon, as did we all! No... not in Miami, but in Los Angeles.
