Is that Bill Engvall(sp?) on the right in the picture up there at the top of the board?

Yep, he played Bill Pelton, Jeff's best friend in the 2nd season. I had to look that up because I've never seen any season 2 episodes (well, once but a long time ago) and I own the 1st season. It was a decent show, if you've never seen it. Your typical ABC family sitcom fare in the 90's. Nothying groundbreaking or new, just fluff.
