I remember watching episodes of a show starring Redd Foxx and there was a white fat man named Cal who moved in. Lamont, I don't beleive was on the show anymore. Was the name of this series "Sanford" or what was this?

The show with Cal was called SANFORD and it premeired in 1980 and lasted until 1981.

If i remember correct; Cal was a person Lamont met up north when he was working on the Alaskan Pipeline. I think Lamont actually sold Cal his half of the junk business; and thus the strange partnership.

I LOVED Sanford and had the biggest crush on sexy Dennis Burkley, who played Cal....I wonder what happened to him?

I know he made a guest apperance on Who's THe Boss and Fresh Prince of Bel Air

I remember him on Designer Women as well.

The most recent show I have seen (or heard) him on is King of the Hill. He is Bobby's school principal.
