It came out 2 yrs ago i believe straight to video. Vanessa Williams who played in New Jack City movie & Soul Food tv show is also in this movie. Harry Lennix who was Dresser in The Five Heartbeats movie was also in this. The movie is about Robert, Harry, Vanessa & 2 other guys are vigilanties who kill drug dealers & people who are messing up the black communities cause they're tired of the police not doing anything. I can't picture Robert being a vigilante cause he's too silly so that was unrealistic to me LOL. Victoria Rowell was also in this as Robert's wife. Victoria plays on the soap opera Young & The Restless as Drucilla. This movie wasn't that bad though.
