I think if the producers played off the hostility more between her and Susan, it would have made for a better show. Kind of like how "The Facts of Life" worked best with opposites Jo and Blair always combating. I know it's called "Suddenly Susan" but I don't think every "A" plot should have focused so much on Brooke Shields. Her acting chops were weak and her storylines boring. The talented supporting cast deserved more than what they got.
