a week or two ago, I caught a new series on television that had Nestor Carbonell in it. What the heck happened? SS was only 5-6 years ago, and he was so hot as Luis. I wouldn't use "hot" to describe him now, I have no clue what changed about him, anyone?

Really? If you're talking about the series Century City (cancelled after 4 episodes), I don't think he looked very different at all. The only thing that had changed was that he'd dropped the Latin accent (which was, I must admit, one of his more alluring features on Suddenly Susan...)
