How many people remember "Aloha Paradise", a "Love Boat" ripoff that aired on ABC in the early 80's? It starred Debbie Reynolds as the "captain" as it were, and was pretty bad--but I still have the theme song in my head after all these years. If anyone has the theme, I would be forever grateful!!

"Welcome to Para-dise...where the sun is always shining..."
I can't remember any more words, but I sure remember the melody. I think they should use it to brainwash our enemies -- nobody who's heard it ever forgets it. Sorry, I don't have a copy of it, though. Bill Daily from "I Dream of Jeannie" and Pat Klous, the future Judy McCoy of "Love Boat", were the co-stars. |

Yes I remember ALOHA PARADISE, but I think I only watched maybe one episode. Did you know that the show was released on video in Europe? You can order it but it'll be on a different format, not the standard NTSF used by VCRs in the U.S., so you'd have to get it transferred. But if you'd really like to see the show again, it's probably the only chance you'll get unless TV Land picks it up again. I believe they showed one episode a couple of years ago.
