I was just wondering if anyone has heard anything about the possibility of Doogie Howser being released on DVD.

There hasn't been anything yet. But I wish they would release Doogie on Dvd.

The Major Studios Look AT this feed back and statistics from this site from us consumers to decide what television shows to release next on dvd and what is in demand. If enough people vote there will be a chance to get this released on dvd remastered and high quality.
