Mike the Cop from Abbott and Costello

Hello TJ, I just found your site and enjoyed it.
I'm writing a new Green Hornet feature for my ongoing tribute site;
Lone Ranger/Green Hornet Timebridge. One of the features this year will be about the old Hornet serials. I found out recently that the 1940 Green Hornet was played by Gordon Jones. (See attached photo).
Since this was the early 40's, it was before my time and I knew nothing about it.
When I learned that Gordon Jones was also Mike the cop on Abbott and Costello, NOW I knew who he was!
I was wondering if you or someone at your site might be able to share some material about Gordon Jones. I'd love to get a photo of him as Mike the cop to add to the story.

It would be great to have an Abbott and Costello connection in the story, and to also (with your permission) add a link to your site for all the Ranger and Hornet fans who remember Mr. Jones as well as Abbott and Costello. That single link will strike a chord with many fans who view my site. I hope you can be of some assistance and thank you for a great website.
