Post Why does N@N suck all of a sudden?

What the heck is up with all these "Back to back" episodes on N@N? Night after night, it get's really boring. If they had more sitcoms in the mix, it might be okay... but I strictly prefer a wide variety. Is THe Jeffersons coming on next? Oh well... all I have to do is wait a half an hour till something better comes on. But with these back-to-back monstrosities, I have to stay awake for a FULL HOUR!

Who's with me? Who want's the old N@N back, with lots of variety?

The only back-to-back show I like is Three's Company. I'd actually prefer it to be back-to-back-to-back-to-back-to-back-to-back-to...well, you get the idea!

But I hear you! More variety would be good.

The only back to back shows I can stand are Brady Bunch ... and I will really like Gilligan's Island on Mondays starting next weeek!

But why even DO them back-to-back? God (or a tleast the sitcom pantheon of gods... Gary Marshal, Sherwood Schwartz, and Norman Lear) mad sitcoms a half-hour for a reason, ya know? People should only have to endure a half hour of a certain wakiness before it's time to move on.

NRW I think has the most shows on N@N (Three's Company, THe Jeffersons, and worked for Norman Lear on All in the Family)

The thing about Nick at Nite I've been wondering is Why Three's Company lost its Mon-Thur time slot after the Un Real a Thon? They moved Jeffersons and All in the Family up & then they put in I Love Lucy and Gilligans!

All in all I'd rather watch Success N Life (with Robert Tilton!!!) on BET at 4:00 AM than Gilligans!!! So what in the World is Slick Nick doing over there? Who knows. And according to pavanbadal there's gonna be a Gilligans! Un Real a Thon on Monday (replacing Lucy). Probably sending them on their way to TV Land or whoever. Amen.

The only show worth watching on N@N is "The Brady Bunch" (besides the occasional "Gilligan's Island"). They should bring back "The Wonder Years," "Happy Days," and "Laverne & Shirley." They should add "Perfect Strangers" and maybe throw in a few of the Brady specials that aired after the original series ("The Brady Kids," "The Brady Bunch Hour," "The Brady Brides," and "The Bradys" stand out). I wouldn't mind wall to wall, cheek to jowl Brady shows at all!

As for the shows they are adding later this year, I know I will have my TV set tuned into TVLand instead!
