Need help with name of show - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hey, I have gone crazy trying to remember this one show on FOX from the early-to-mid 90s. It was like a tween drama around when 90210 was big. The only other clue I have was the theme song was "How Do You Talk to an Angel?", and was pretty popular on the charts at the same time.
