He heard that little boys underwear was half off!

*Please note, I am not the one who put this in here. I know it has nothing to do with music.*

What's the difference between Michael Jackson and a shopping bag?

One's white plastic and not safe around your children...and the other one carries your groceries.

We were already poking fun with Wacko Jacko on the Jackson Is In Custody!! (http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/showthread.php?s=&threadid=90473) thread a few weeks ago. You guys can read more jokes there. I think there is also a link to another website that has a lot more Michael Jackson jokes.

I got a good one!

What do you call a person who tosses out the 'Presumed innocent until proven guilty' right of every citizen, and jumps on hate bandwagons?

Answer: Michael Jackson bashers.

See, he didn't allow himself to be proven innocent the first time around, so I don't care. Its just humor.

He's never been convicted of anything. Innocent people settle cases all the time.

I'm not saying he's guilty or innocent. I'm saying he's never been convicted of a crime, and I'm keeping an open mind on the latest accusations.

let's face it. You CAN like MJ's music and make fun of him

Seriously to God, if he WASN'T a pop superstar, yet he always hung around 12 year old boys who weren't sons, nephews or cousins, and he presented himself as a transsexual who doesn't even resemble a human anymore... WOULD YOU DEFEND HIM?

Yes, Michael Jackson released some great stuff in the past, but that doesn't mean he's incapable of doing something bad. People are way too blinded by celebrity.

If Michael Jackson had any smarts at all and was innocent, wouldn't he know better than to stay the hell away from underage boys? MJ is the one who won't learn from past mistakes.

Although you didn't quote me, I assume your post was intended for me.

I'm not defending him, so please keep your words out of my mouth. I'm also not blinded by celebrity.

I prefer to allow ANY man a fair trial and not rush to judgment. So far, in my mind, he's only guilty of being an odd man who loves kids, which doesn't automatically make him a pedophile.

I wasn't trying to be putting words in YOUR MOUTH, my post was mostly intended for some of the hardcore Jackson fans in here who refuse to believe MJ makes mistakes like every other human being. The same people who are all "I loved Thriller.... so Michael will never touch a kid".

Some of MJ's fans are so defensive because they are so blinded by his status and celebrity and aren't willing accept the fact that there is something not right about him. Always making excuses for everything he does. That's who I meant it for. I consider myself a fan of Michael Jackson's music, but I also think he's taken being eccentric way too far

Not defensive at all. Your post came on the heels of my post, and you asked, Would YOU defend him?, so it wasn't a quantum leap of logic to assume it was for me.

Since it wasn't intended for me, even better.

I dunno if this one has ever been posted before but...

A lil boy asks his mom, "Mom, is God white or black?" and the mom says, "Well, I guess both honey" and then he asks, "Mommy, is God a boy or a girl?" and she said, "Well, I guess both honey" and then the lil boy asked, "Mommy, does that mean God's Michael Jackson?

I don't know of anyone who says he's innocent because he has good music. That's stupid. At least I have a decent argument to back up my reasons as to why he's innocent. And yeah he is different. So what? No one would be making as big of a big deal about it if he wasn't being charged with this crap. But I'm not getting into this because, like Tim said, this isn't another guilty or innocent thread. It's a thread to make fun of him..

which also makes me wonder why it's okay to have jokes about famous people and their lives that may offend people (like oh say maybe...me.) but there have been other joke threads that people have gotten freaked out about because they were offended and that was okay.....but that's another story

Sorry but Michael Jackson's behavior actually begs have critical comment be made upon.

He admits to sleeping in the same bed with young boys (regardless if nothing happened), he has disfigured himself to where he looks like a wax figure or puppet, he has his own amusement park on his property, he admits he thinks he is like a Peter Pan, and he gets a woman to bear his children and sends her on her way. And then dangles a child over a balcony like the child is a toy.

If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, you can call it a quack.

If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, you can call it a quack. No one would know about the kids in bed thing if he was never charged in the first place. If he was never charged with any of that stuff, he might have the same criticism, but it wouldn't be taken the same way. He has sick kids over to his amusement park because he wants them to have a childhood. People might have been more willing to accept that if the whole sex thing was never there.

He thinks hes like Peter Pan because he loves kids and everything involved with childhood. So what? His whole childhood pretty much sucked and he just wants to have fun now. And he has enough money to do that.

About the woman having a kid...yeah she did. But you have to stop and think. If Michael were a woman and she had an anonymous person....make her pregnant because she wanted a baby, you probably wouldnt think twice. Since Michael obviously can't have a baby, yet he wants one, he can do the sperm donor thing, only reversed.

Yeah, but I understand the point your making, which makes it not right. It wouldnt be fair to you and yet if another celeb gets bashed, say one someone else likes (say... Hilary Duff) it usually winds up in a closed thread.

The only thing I'm arguing (in a somewhat educated manner) is the points that other people are bringing up. It would be a different story if I was like "oooommmmgggggawd you all so dumb cos you dont like king of pop well he is great you suck die."

Ed Bradley interviewed Michael on 60 Minutes tonight. Michael said he doesn't sleep in the same bed as the kids. He says he doesn't have a dirty mind and just genuinely loves children. He seems sincere to me.

Trading Mooses, that's an excellent point about having a surrogate mother to have his children. Gay and single men do it all the time.

His plastic surgery has done a number on his face, but he looked decent on tonight's interview. Very decent actually.

He looks bizarre at times with the makeup and all, but he's in show biz. Elton John, Boy George, Marilyn Manson, Liberace--the list goes on--all look or looked off the wall.

Never Land is an act of love on Michael's part. Underprivileged and sick children go there to live out what may be their final days. Michael has given millions to children's charities over the years.

Hanging the child over the balcony--a terrible lapse in judgment for which he apologized profusely.

You know, the hell with it, I think he's innocent. I haven't seen a smoking gun. He's got issues for sure, but I just don't think he's a pedophile.
I think he's being sandbagged because he's got deep pockets and he's an easy target.

All I can say is "wow."

I am pretty perceptive and have commom sense.

I am not saying he is guilty but ever since the charges the glossy covering of the facts have come out.

This is no persecution- this in my mind is serious doubt of his intentions and his means to cover up.

You can believe what you want and have fun in your fantasy land but there are serious, serious issues with Michael Jackson.

regardless. I think both MJ's fans and detractors can both agree to the fact that whether he's innocent or guilty, he has done a lot of the backlash to himself.

A great deal of the over-40 celebs in Hollywood have had plastic surgery... but a little nose-job is one thing that an entire species-lift. Then he insists all he ever had was a nosejob in the 80's.

I really don't know if he's guilty or not... but regardless, he doesn't know when to stop. Considering all the problems he got into in 1993, you'd think anyone would know that you need to stay as far away from underage boys unless they're meeting them with parental supervision.

Once upon a time, Michael Jackson ruled the music world. Everyone loved him, we went to his concerts, bought his albums, anticipated every new video. But MJ let all the fame and ego get to his head, and he has ruined himself. Whether you loved or hated him, there was no denying that he ruled the music industry for a good 6 years (1983-1989).

I hope that one day MJ gets his act together. But as long as he's going to insist on being a one-man freakshow, people are going to make jokes about him.

But still, if you saw somebody who looked, acted and presented himself the way Michael does on the street... would you really think of them as normal, and would you want your child anywhere near him?

Wait a second- I never meant to insult you and I apologize.

I just meant that it is seems obvious (to me at least) that he is more than just eccentric and that any excuse he comes up with for his behavior is deemed acceptable by a lot of people and to me that is some kind of hold he has upon people to want them to believe in him regardless of any sort of outlandish things he has done.

I'm sorry about the fantasy land remark but in no way was that intended to be vicious. It just had to do with the way he makes people want to believe every reason he gives for his seriously questionable behavior.

I just find that he acts in a manner far beyond that which has been deemed acceptable and that would make most people critical of anyone else who didn't happen to be a star.

And I like a lot of MJ's music- Off The Wall is one of the greatest albums of all time in my opinion.

And I don't automatically think he is guilty, his behavior just makes me believe he is seriously disturbed.

I have always thought MJ was a little weird, but now he is just wacko. I am not sure if he's innocent or guilty, but he deserves a fair trial just like everyone else. Regardless of whether he's guilty, he is still very crazy.

exactly, I think that's the opinion of the general consensus. Who really knows if MJ is guilty or innocent, the way he presents himself makes it very likely for people to laugh at him.

It's a shame it all happened, but there is nobody to blame for MJ's progress from a charismatic superstar to freakshow but himself. He did it all himself.
